I believe that if I'm not learning, I'm not living! My education spans across the social sciences, cloud technology, artificial intelligence and web development & design. I have taken several certification courses in web development and artificial intelligence because I think 'getting under hood' helps me to become a better designer and thought leader. My education in Anthropology and Sociology helped me gain a strong interdisciplinary foundation in human behavior, social systems and cultural diversity - and was instrumental in my career in user experience.

As an experience designer with a strong foundation in service design, product development and user research, I’ve always been drawn to systems that directly impact people’s lives. My decision to pursue a degree in healthcare administration reflects both a personal passion and a strategic shift: I’m aligning my human-centered design background with a mission-driven field that is undergoing rapid transformation. Healthcare represents one of the most complex and emotionally sensitive user experience environments - and one where better design and better systems can lead to truly meaningful outcomes. I believe the next wave of innovation in AI, digital service delivery and experience design will be led by the healthcare industry. By deepening my understanding of healthcare operations, regulations and patient-centered care, I’m preparing to help shape that future — one where technology serves humanity with empathy, efficiency and ethical intelligence.
